Mesquite wood fire grilled meat, the aroma filled the air and we followed it to Viva Las Arepas!

Viva Las Arepas on 1616 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, Nevada. Let the aroma guide you to this value spot.

Viva Las Arepas menu consists of grilled meat cooked over mesquite wood, Arepas, rice, beans and more!

Arepa is made of ground maize dough or cooked flour in the cuisine of Venezuela. Eaten daily in this country and served with accompaniments such as cheese, eggs, avocado, or split to make sandwiches. Arepas can also be found in the Canary Islands and Columbia, It is similar in shape to the Mexican gordita and the Salvadoran pupusa.

Hungry for wood-fired grilled meat we skipped on the Arepa sandwich and ordered the dinner for two. Ribs, sausage, chicken, and beef with fries and beans.

The aroma did not disappoint, it was yummy! Dinner for two was only $25 but we could have both eaten here for under $12 if we really wanted to.

The beans just o.k. but everything else was just dandy and the value is just amazing,  If you like grilled meat You will enjoy it for sure.

Congrats to you Viva Las Arapas, You will be added to our value board and we will eat here again!

We do need to try the Arapas as they look like they are made on site and something we have a clue we would enjoy. See you then and thanks for great service, value, and cleanliness!
