Frech Dip Recipe, it’s easy!

French Dip

 

3 lb. chuck roast

1/4 cup vinegar

5 garlic cloves crushed

1 onion left whole

salt and pepper to taste

 

put all ingredients in a crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 ours. when the meat falls apart, remove the roast and shred it on a plate or platter.

Horseradish sauce

1 cup mayo

1 tbsp. grated horseradish

mix together and done.

now get some really nice Bulky rolls, place shredded chuck and a healthy slice of aged cheddar on a roll, melt cheese under broiler, take the drippings from the meat inside the crock pot and place in dipping bowls. add the horseradish sauce to your liking. and dip sandwich into au jus (the drippings) enjoy one bite at a time or maybe two.
